5.3. Professional Practice: It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally permitted and insured to practice these massage techniques in your jurisdiction (country/state). Completion of our online course does not automatically grant you a license to practice medicine or regulated physiotherapy. 
5.4. Injury Waiver: You acknowledge that practicing massage techniques involves physical activity. You assume all risk for any injury to yourself or your practice models. 6. DEFINITION OF "LIFETIME ACCESS"

6.1. Where a Course is sold with "Lifetime Access" the term "Lifetime" is defined as the lifetime of the Service (the Chuanzhi Wellness Beauty London Thinkific online platform), and not the lifetime of the purchaser. 
6.2. "Lifetime Access" grants the User permission to access the Course content for as long as Chuanzhi Wellness Beauty London maintains the course on its active server, (chuanzhi.thinkific.com).
6.3. Minimum Guarantee: We guarantee that any course purchased will remain accessible online for a minimum of 12 months from the date of your enrollment.


7. TERMINATION OF SERVICE & SUCCESSION ("SUNSETTING")

7.1. Chuanzhi Wellness Beauty London reserves the right to discontinue the Service or any specific Course at its sole discretion (e.g., due to business closure, retirement, or other unforeseen circumstances). 
7.2. Notice Period: In the event of such discontinuation, we commit to providing existing students with a minimum of 90 days' notice via the email address associated with your account. 
7.3. Data Preservation: During this notice period, we will provide a method for "Lifetime Access" students to download a digital archive of the core video materials for personal reference, ensuring you retain the educational value of your purchase permanently. Or we will find an alternate hosting solution.
7.4. Upon the expiry of this notice period, all liabilities and obligations of Chuanzhi Wellness Beauty London regarding "Lifetime Access" shall be considered fully satisfied.


8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), in no event shall Chuanzhi Wellness Beauty London be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Course.
